What is the standard lead time for custom door orders?
Most custom door orders are processed and manufactured within 4 to 6 weeks. Shipping times vary by location, but you will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While Pease Doors specializes in the manufacture and supply of high-quality door systems, we do not provide direct installation. We recommend hiring a licensed contractor or local door specialist to ensure a perfect fit.
How do I measure my doorway for a replacement door?
To ensure accuracy, measure the width and height of the existing door slab itself, then measure the 'rough opening' which is the space between the wall studs. Please refer to our online Measurement Guide for detailed diagrams.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your door arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
Are your exterior doors energy efficient?
Yes, our doors are designed with high-density foam cores and advanced weatherstripping to meet or exceed energy efficiency standards, helping you reduce heating and cooling costs.
