Commercial Ball Bearing Hinge

Ball bearing hinge in polished brass finish. Hinge measures 4" by 4" with 5/8" radial outside corners. We recommend this hinge for commercial or very heavy residential doors (typically solid wood doors or 8' doors with decorative glass).

Straightforward installation does not require removing door from frame.

Comes with screws for wood jambs. If you have a steel frame (jambs), please re-use your current screws.

Note: Hole pattern does NOT match Pease standard hole pattern.
