At Pease Doors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement project. If your hardware or door components are not the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all screws, weatherstripping, and installation components are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality and completeness, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
